Directions for use
Use once a day for 14 days or twice a day for 7 days if you want speedy results.
Open strips packet, tear off the strips from the back liner.
Apply gel side against your teeth, lining up with edge of gum.
Apply gentle pressure to mould the strip securely to the teeth.
Peel off strips after 20-30 minutes, rinse mouth with water.
